Chocolate Filling (Ganache) for Macaron

Ingredients :

Bittersweet chocolate - 325 g
Heavy cream - 300 g
Unsalted butter - 75 g

Methods :

1. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
2. Add the butter and stir well. Allow to cool until thickened and ready to pipe on the macaron.

Chocolate Macaron

Ingredients :

1. Caster Sugar - 125 g
2. Egg whites - 3 pcs (90 g)
(Tips : Use an A size eggs and store in a refrigerator for 3 days before use)
3. Ground Almonds - 125 g
4. Icing sugar - 150 g
5. Cocoa powder - 25g

Strawberry Macaron

Ingredients :

1. Caster Sugar - 125 g
2. Egg whites - 3 pcs (90 g)
(Tips : Use an A size eggs and store in a refrigerator for 3 days before use)
3. Ground Almonds - 125 g
4. Icing sugar - 150 g
5. Red coloring - A drop
(Tips : Use only gel type or powder type)

Lala Tumis Kunyit

Masih tercari-cari resepi mudah dan enak untuk dimasak ketika berbuka puasa nanti? jom cuba resepi ini;

Cadangan hidangan : untuk 2-3 orang
Masa penyediaan : 15 minit

Bahan-bahannya :

500 gm Lala (dibersihkan terlebih dahulu)
2 biji Bawang merah (ditumbuk)
1 ulas Bawang putih (ditumbuk)
2 cm Kunyit hidup (ditumbuk)
1 batang Serai (dititik)
1 sudu besar Sos tiram
Sedikit air
Garam secukup rasa

Ayam Masam-masam Manis

Bahan-bahannya :
1 ekor ayam  (dipotong kecil dan dibersihkan)
3 labu bawang besar (dipotong bulat)
2 tangkai cili merah (dipotong menyerong)
2 tangkai daun bawang (dikerat lebih kurang saiz 3 cm)
4 sudu besar kicap pekat
5 sudu besar sos cili
3 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk halus)
4 cm halia (ditumbuk halus)
6 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk halus)
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Minyak utk menggoreng dan menumis
1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
